ACCOMMODATIONS + MEALS
Over the course of our 9-night retreat will be staying in various, hand-picked locations. From the 1st 5-star green hotel in Auckland to a world-famous golf resort, our incredible accommodations have been carefully chosen by our expert guides for maximum comfort and to experience each area in style.

Each day we are provided half board meals, depending on our activities for the day.
New Zealand is a foodie destination. From fresh seafood like green-lipped mussels to hāngī (food cooked underground) we are so excited for all of the fresh, delicious and diverse food options,
Time to open up your mind and taste buds for some truly amazing dishes that can only be found in this country.
Although there a lot of meat and seafood options, vegetarian dishes will also be available.
YOGA & WELLNESS
We will aim for one yoga or meditation practice per day. Depending on the weather, we will aim for flowing outdoors, surrounded by nature. However, most of our resorts have either a designated space or fitness area. Your host, Shari will guide you through a vinyasa flow and meditation as well as restorative sessions as needed. As always, Shari will listen to what the group needs and adjust accordingly for the best yoga experience! ALL YOGA SESSIONS ARE OPTIONAL. No experience needed. There are also opportunities for spa treatments (optional-not included) at some of our locations. A spa menu will be sent out prior, so you may book any treatments you wish!
DESTINATIONS & LODGING
AUCKLAND - DAY 1 (One Night): Our retreat begins in New Zealand’s multi-cultural hub of food and wine, music, art and culture. We stay in the first ever 5-Star Green Hotel in the country, Hotel Britomart, surrounded by shopping, bars and restaurants. It is the perfect spot for the start of our adventure together! Relax at the hotel, take a stroll around the shops or take an optional city walking tour (not included)
PRISTINE COASTLINE (2 Nights): While only a short trip north of New Zealand’s largest city, we’ll find ourselves in another world - surrounded by trees, sand dunes and coastal views over one of the country’s most stunning, white sand, surf beaches. Our 5-star resort, Te Arai is an experience with world-class golf, incredible cuisine and stunning accommodations.
KINLOCH (3 Nights): Time to inhale and unwind at our next dreamy destination, Kinloch Club. Here we will experience modern elegance and style with frame-sweeping vistas. Although famous for golf, it is not just for golf-lovers. During our stay we have organized some spectacular excursions. In your free time, you can indulge at the solar spa, use the mountain bikes or go for a nature hike.
GIBBSTON - SOUTH ISLAND (3 Nights): We transfer to Queenstown via domestic flight. We are transported to our last, heavenly resort, Gibbston Valley Lodge. This dream destination is filled with food and wine and wellness. We will cheers the day by the outdoor fire pit, sipping on a glass of Central Otago wine and enjoy our time together. We have a stunning escape to Milford Sound during our time here as well.

Our schedule varies per day. But, this provides a nice overview. The yoga/wellness activities will be factored in when possible.
Final schedule will be provided during our Welcome Dinner on our first evening of the retreat.

TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL INFO:
**Transportation pick-up/drop off from Auckland International Airport (AKL) included, day of/departure dates only. Our representatives will meet us in the arrival hall of the airport and take us to our first accommodations together on April 12.
The recommended flight will be sent to all guests so we may all arrive together and depart around the same time on our last retreat day. If you prefer to arrive early, please let us know so we can try to get you a discounted room at our first hotel in Auckland.
Departures on April 21 will be from Auckland Airport (AKL). If you decide to stay later, please let us know and we can help arrange accommodations for your extended stay.
